Registration Fees
Important Notes:
— Each paper must have been registered by at least one of authors. For each registration, two (2) accepted papers can be presented and included in the proceedings. If a third paper is to be presented, an additional fee has to be remitted for that paper. Any author can register up to two additional papers.
— Online registrations cover presentation and publication of up to 2 proceedings, online conference attendance, online tutorial and keynote attendance, copy of Proceedings USB. Please pay attention to that the online presentations will be held at e-session hall. In-person presentations will not be simultaneously broadcasted online.
— In-person registrations cover proceedings, admission to the plenary and technical sessions, welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, conference bag and badge, and proceedings USB.
— IEEE members are asked to send their IEEE membership card to registration@gpecom.org for verification.
— Student registration is applicable for only student authors that have to confirm their current enrollment in a BSc, MSc or PhD degree program at any university. Registered author should be enrolled student, first author of paper and presenting author at the conference. Students must send a copy of Student Identification Card to Registration Chair at registration@gpecom.org
— No-Show policy applies in IEEE GPECOM conference. The certificate of attendance cannot be given for the non-presented papers, and No-show papers will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
— VAT and all taxes are included to registration fees.

Remarks:
*Daily Registration covers admission to the plenary and technical sessions, exhibits, coffee/tea breaks and lunch for the registered day, conference bag and badge, and proceedings USB.
**Accompanying Person registration is limited to family members of the primary registered person. It includes access to welcome reception and gala dinner.
Payment Informations:
- Wire Transfer: Payment is possible by bank transfer for early-bird and late registrations. Registration fee should be transferred to the bank account of Conference.
- Please confirm the total payable amount referring to the registration and membership types with Registration Desk (registration@gpecom.org) before your transaction.
- On-site Payment: On-site payment is also possible.
– Please indicate paper ID number and the name-surname of the author who will attend the GPECOM2025 on the payment slip form while paying.
– Detail of bank charges: All bank commissions and charges are on the account of the ordering attendee which means paying the charges at the sender’s and receiver’s end. Full payment should be imbursed to GPECOM2025 account. Please consider this issue when ordering the transfer especially in EUR currency.
Please indicate payment details as “GPECOM2025, ID number, Author’s name, surname” in your bank transfers.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations and changes must be sent by e-mail to: registration@gpecom.org. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows;

- 50% refund with deduction of €50 for administrative fee – in case of cancellation received on or before May 15th, 2025
- No refund – in case of cancellation received after May 16th, 2025
