The camera-ready files that are validated by PDF eXpress are uploaded to EasyChair.
IEEE Publication Agreement (copyright form) should be confirmed by any authorized author of each accepted paper. Please click here for Copyright Form .
The copyright files are requested to be sent to registration@gpecom.org with Paper ID.
Draft Program and Registration
The draft program of conference has been published at Conference Program page for Authors’ information.
It is important to complete registration form to ensure conference participation and accommodation. A certain number of rooms have been reserved at the conference hotel, and bookings will be followed by Registration Chair regarding to Registration Forms.
Please fill and send the online Registration Form form which is automatically delivered to Registration Chair. Some temporary processing difficulties have been reported for this form in Firefox Browsers. In case you cannot see the form at the registration page, please try with another internet browsers.
Deadline Extended to March 4th
The deadline for Full Paper Submission has been finally extended till March 4th, 2019 for all tracks including Special Sessions.

Deadline Extended to February 15th
Due to many requests for extension of the paper submission deadline, IEEE GPECOM2019 Organizing Committee has decided to extend the deadline of full paper submission to February 15th, 2019 for all tracks including Special Sessions.
