Registration

 Important Note:Each paper must have registered by at least one of author with full registration fee. Each full registration covers one (1) paper fee. The student registration is not considered as “full registration”.Student Registration options are ONLY for participation to conference for registered paper, but NOT FOR registering a paper.
Attendance certificate cannot be given for the no-show papers, and No-show papers will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

VAT is included for each registration type.

Fees and Conditions

Remarks:

1- Full Registration covers admission to the welcome reception, plenary and technical sessions, exhibits, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, gala dinner, conference bag and badge, and USB stick.Members have to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference. 

2- Student Registration covers admission to the welcome reception, plenary and technical sessions, exhibits, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, conference bag and badge, and USB stick. Students must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or graduate student status at the registration.Please send an email to the Registration Committee at registration@gpecom.org attaching a copy of your Student Identification Card. Also, participants must bring their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card for verification at the conference. 

3- Daily Registration covers admission to the plenary and technical sessions, exhibits, coffee/tea breaks and lunch for registered day, conference bag and badge, and USB stick. Daily registration will be accepted as full registration of paper but covers admission for only registered day.

4- Accompanying person registration is limited to family members of the primary registered person. It covers admission to welcome reception and gala dinner, but not to conference events. 

5- This registration (Conference+Accommodation) includes three-nights and four days accommodation (check-in: 11.06.2019 — check-out: 14.06.2019) with breakfast&dinner in addition to full Conference Registration. Please note that late registration opportunity of this option will be closed on May 30, 2019. The double-room registration fees are per person, and registrants may declare roommate name, if available. Otherwise please note that the double-room placements will be arranged by the Hotel regarding to registration order.   

Payment Informations:

Bank Transfer: Payment is possible by bank transfer for early-bird and late registrations or by cash for on-site registrations. Registration fee should be transferred to the bank account of Conference

-Please indicate paper ID number and the name-surname of the person who will attend the GPECOM2019 on the payment slip form while paying.

–Detail of bank charges: All bank commissions and charges are on the account of the ordering attendee which means paying the charges at the sender’s and receiver’s end. Full payment should be imbursed to GPECOM2019 account. Please consider this issue when ordering the transfer especially in EUR currency.

Please indicate payment details as “GPECOM, ID number, Author’s name, surname” in your bank transfers.

 Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent by e-mail to: registration@gpecom.org. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows;

50% refund with deduction of €50 for administrative fee – in case of cancellation received on or before May 10, 2019

No refund – in case of cancellation received after May 10, 2019
