Instructions for Authors<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Paper Submission Deadline- March 15, 2026   <\/strong>\nNotification of Acceptance - April 12, 2026<\/span><\/b>\nCamera-Ready  Deadline-  April 26, 2026<\/span><\/b><\/pre>\n
Prospective authors are invited to submit and to present their technical contributions on Technical Tracks of GPECOM 2026 for publication. Accepted and presented papers will be published in 8th Global Power, Energy and Communication Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore\u00ae digital library. Please carefully note that GPECOM2026 is a peer-reviewed conference and No-show papers are not submitted to IEEE Xplore\u00ae digital library.<\/p>\n
All the submissions should be written in English with a maximum 6 (six) printed pages length including figures and tables. The papers should be prepared compliant with LaTeX IEEEtran style or the Word template<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and should be submitted to CMT Proceeding Submission System<\/a><\/span><\/strong> in PDF file format. Authors may use one of Microsoft Word A4 or LaTeX template of IEEE, but only PDF files will be accepted for review process.<\/p>\n
Please note that IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all template text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference. Failure to remove template text from your paper may result in your paper not being published. It is authors’ responsibility to include all co-authors, not just corresponding author, during the paper submission process. Please note that author list of an accepted paper can not <\/b>be changed in the final submission. <\/p>\n
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.<\/p>\n
The accepted papers which will be announced on April 12th<\/b> should be revised and camera-ready versions are required to be prepared according Camera Ready Guidelines as below:<\/p>\n
Before Creating PDF of Camera-Ready Version<\/span><\/pre>\n
1. <\/span>Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it has been revised according to Reviewers’ comments and will require no revision.<\/span><\/p>\n
2.<\/strong> The appropriate copyright clearance code<\/u> <\/strong>notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging\/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.
