Important Notes:

— Each paper must be registered by at least one author. A single registration (student or full) allows the presentation and inclusion of up to two (2) accepted papers in the proceedings. If an author wishes to present a third paper, an additional fee is required. Each author may register a maximum of two additional papers beyond the initial two.

— Online registrations cover presentation and publication of up to 2 proceedings, admission to the plenary and technical sessions, copy of proceedings USB, and digital certificate of participation. Please note to that the online presentations will be held at e-session halls, and in-person presentations may not be broadcasted online in real time due to technical limitations. 

— In-person registrations cover proceedings, admission to the plenary and technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, conference bag and badge, certificates, and proceedings USB. 

— IEEE members (student or full) are asked to send their IEEE membership card to  registration@gpecom.org for verification.

— Student registration is available only for student authors who must verify their current enrolment in a BSc, MSc, or PhD program at a university. The registered author must be an enrolled student, the first author of the paper, and the presenting author at the conference. Student authors are asked to send a copy of their Student Identification Card to Registration Chair at registration@gpecom.org

— No-Show policy applies at IEEE GPECOM conference. The certificate of attendance cannot be given for the non-presented papers, and No-show papers will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

— Daily registration is admitted to present at most 2 papers on the registered day.

— VAT and all taxes are included to registration fees.

 Payment Information:

• Wire Transfer: Payment is possible by bank transfer for early-bird and late registrations. Registration fee should be transferred to the bank account of Conference.
• On-site Payment: On-site payment is also possible. 

– Please include the paper ID number and the attending author’s full name (surname and given name) in the transaction order description.

– Detail of bank charges: All bank commissions and charges are on the account of the ordering attendee which means paying the charges at the sender’s and receiver’s end. Full payment should be imbursed to GPECOM2026 account. Please consider this issue when ordering the transfer especially in EUR currency.

Please indicate payment details as “GPECOM2026, ID number, Author’s name, surname” in your bank transfers.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent by e-mail to: registration@gpecom.org. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows;

• • 50% refund with deduction of €50 for administrative fee – in case of cancellation received on or before May 3rd, 2026
  • No refund – in case of cancellation received after May 3rd, 2026
