Important Notes:<\/strong><\/h3>

— <\/span>Each paper must be registered by at least one author. A single registration (<\/span>student or full<\/i><\/span>) allows the presentation and inclusion of up to two (2) accepted papers in the proceedings. If an author wishes to present a third paper, an additional fee is required. Each author may register a maximum of two additional papers beyond the initial two.<\/span><\/p>

— Online registrations cover presentation and publication of up to 2 proceedings, admission <\/span>to the plenary and technical sessions,\u00a0<\/span>copy of proceedings USB, and digital certificate of participation.\u00a0<\/span>Please note to that the online presentations will be held at e-session halls, and\u00a0<\/span>in-person presentations may not be broadcasted online in real time\u00a0<\/span>due to technical limitations<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

— In-person registrations cover proceedings, admission to the plenary and technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches,\u00a0<\/span>gala dinner,\u00a0<\/span>conference bag and badge, and proceedings USB.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

— IEEE members (<\/span>student or full<\/i><\/span>) are asked to send their IEEE membership card to\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>registration@gpecom.org<\/span><\/a>\u00a0for verification.<\/span><\/p>

—\u00a0<\/span>Student registration is available only for student authors who must verify their current enrollment in a BSc, MSc, or PhD program at a university. The registered author must be an enrolled student, the first author of the paper, and the presenting author at the conference.\u00a0Student authors are asked to send a copy of their\u00a0<\/span>Student Identification Card to<\/span>\u00a0Registration Chair at\u00a0<\/span>registration@gpecom.org<\/span><\/a><\/p>

— No-Show policy applies at IEEE GPECOM conference. The certificate of attendance cannot be given for the non-presented papers, and No-show papers will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.<\/span><\/p>

— VAT and all taxes are included to registration fees.<\/span><\/p>
